Daia is a minor character in the Apple TV+ series Foundation. She is a tailor's apprentice working under Master Ilan. Daia is portrayed by Slaney Power, appearing in "The Mathematician's Ghost."
General Information
Daia served the Galactic Empire as a tailor's apprentice under Master Ilan. In 12,086 Era Imperial, Daia assisted in preparing the outfit that Cleon XI would wear to his ascension. During the fitting, Daia was initially shooed away by Ilan due to the importance of the occassion. However, when Cleon XI saw that Ilan's hands had become unsteady, he urged the Master to pass on the task of finishing the garment to Daia.[1]
