Biography[]
Councilor Sutt served as Director Sef Sermak's chief advisor.[2] Sutt, along with Sermak and Brigadier Manlio, meet with Warden Jaegger Fount in front of the Vault when a siren signals that it is about to open. The Director cannot believe that it will open in his lifetime, but knows that it means war with the Galactic Empire is near.[1] Sutt was present when Warden Fount greeted Poly Verisof when he was recalled to Terminus, and attended the meeting of Foundation leadership that followed.[3] Sutt, along with Manlio, Sermak and Poly, met to discuss the death of Warden Fount and the Vault proclaiming it wanted Hober Mallow. Sutt agreed with Manlio that if it was a warning rather than a summons, then they should not let Hober anywhere near the Vault.[4] Sutt, Sermak, and Manlio met with Poly and Constant when they returned to Terminus with Hober Mallow. With the Vault open, Sermak decided to go inside as well, leaving Sutt in charge.[2]
