The Anacreon Bomber, credited as "Bomber #1", is a recurring character in the Apple TV+ series Foundation. The bomber is responsible for the destruction of the Star Bridge. He is portrayed by Nikhil Dubey, appearing in the episodes "The Emperor's Peace" and "Preparing to Live."
Biography
This Anacreon was a terrorist who opposed the Galactic Empire. In 12,067 Era Imperial, in concert with a Thespin Bomber, the Anacreon arrived at Trantor Station, passed through customs and entered a car descending the Star Bridge. While in the car, he sung an Anacreon hunting song usually invoked before one killed an animal. During the descent, he triggered a nano-lace explosive embedded in his wrist. The detonation destroyed the car he was in and severed the Star Bridge from Trantor Station, causing it to fall to Trantor below. The miles of orbital tether wrapped around the planet like a garrotte, cutting fifty levels deep into the planet.[1]
