Air Officer Kress is a recurring character in the Apple TV+ series, Foundation. He is a fleet officer serving the Galactic Empire. Kress is portrayed by Ephraim Goldin, first appearing in "Where the Stars Are Scattered Thinly."
Biography[]
Air Officer Kress served the Galactic Empire aboard the Shining Destiny. Upon arrival at Siwenna, he briefed General Bel Riose and Fleet Supremus Glawen Curr about Siwenna's society and level of technology.[1] Kress later reported to Riose and Glawen that She-Bends-Light had been reviewing records from Siwenna and wished to see them.[3] Kress was on the bridge of the Shining Destiny during their engagement with the Invictus during the Battle of Terminus.[4] He was killed when the Shining Destiny, along with the entire Imperial fleet, was locked into a jumping sequence by the Spacers that would destroy all of the ships.[2]
