Cleon XIV's replacement clone is a character in the Apple TV+ series Foundation. He is a copy of the fourteenth Emperor of the Genetic Dynasty, born nineteen years after the establishment of the Foundation. His role in the gentic dynasty was to stay dormant and gather up all the information of his "twin" Cleon XIV so that if anything was to happen to Cleon XIV he could immediatley take his place. Cleon XIV is portrayed by Cassian Bilton, first appearing in the episode ""Mysteries and Martyrs"" whilst dormant and then again in "The First Crisis" after being awoken.
