The Imperial Library was located on the planet Trantor. It was a vast repository of books and manuscripts from all over the Galactic Empire, including Kalle's original Book of Folding written in her native Thraxian. Gaal Dornick was taken to the Imperial Library by Raych Foss to meet with Hari Seldon. During the Bombing of the Star Bridge, the detached orbital tether crashed into the library, causing damage and setting books aflame.[1]
