Rowan is a character in the Apple TV+ series Foundation. Rowan is Anacreon and is the second to Phara, who has plans for the Foundation after the Galactic Empire attacked their world. He is portrayed by Pravessh Rana, first appearing in the episode "The Mathematician's Ghost."
Biography[]
Terminus[]
Rowan was part of the Anacreon forces led by Phara Keaen who travelled to the planet Terminus.[2] Once Phara is taken prisoner by Salvor Hardin, Rowan forms a perimeter around Terminus City outside the perimeter fence. He oversees the construction of a flak cannon.[1] When the Empire arrive, Rowan rallies his soldiers as they prepare to attack. Once the outer fence collapses at the hands of Phara, Rowan leads the Anacreon forces into combat. He later saves Phara as Salvor has a gun pointed at her.[3]
At the crashsite of the Aegis, Rowan captures Commander Kray Dorwin. He, along with other citizens of Terminus and members of the Foundation, are needed to pilot a jump-capable starship to be flown off Terminus.[4]
